Advertising photography in a natural and simple way [EN-ES]

Hello light and shadow lovers. Today I want to tell you about these photos that I took recently as a practice to improve in advertising photography. Maybe you don't know it but there are not many resources in my country to dedicate completely to this type of photography, creativity must reign to be able to create any environment we need with the little we often have. In this case I did not only use because to create the environment but I used an environment already created in a natural way, where I only needed to place the elements as I wished.

These photos came about because I liked the packaging of these products that were given to my mother. They are from a Cuban brand of natural cosmetics called D'Brujas, they create different products such as soaps, balms and cosmetic elements using natural raw materials. On their packaging they have a slogan that says ¨Be Natural, be Yourself¨ and reading it gave me the idea to take some pictures of their products in a totally natural environment like the small piece of cultivated land that is in my house.

When I got there, I used a small old wooden log as a support for the elements and played a little with the natural lighting. They didn't look the way I wanted because I closed the diaphragm too much and that's why in many cases one of the products is not very well defined and I want this to serve not only to me but also to you as an example of something that should not be done. In this type of photography each product should be as sharp as possible. But I wanted to separate the products from the environment and that's why I kept it that way. The good thing is that it was practical, without further ado I hope you like them and give me your opinion.

Hola amantes de la luz y las sombras. Hoy quiero comentarles sobre estas fotos que hice hace poco como practica hacia mejorar en la fotografía publicitaria. Quizás ustedes no lo sepan pero no existen muchos recursos en mi país para dedicarse por completo a este tipo de fotografía, la creatividad debe reinar para poder crear cualquier ambiente que necesitemos con lo poco que muchas veces tenemos. En este caso no solo use porque para crear el ambiente sino que use un ambiente ya creado de forma natural, donde solo necesite colocar los elementos como yo desease.

Estas fotos surgieron porque me gusto el empaquetado de estos productos que le regalaron a mi madre. Son de una marca cubana de cosmética natural llamada D'Brujas, crean distintos productos como jabones, bálsamos y elementos cosméticos utilizando materias primas naturales. En su empaque tiene un slogan que dice ¨Sé Natural, sé tú mismo¨ y al leerlo me surgió la idea de hacer algunas fotos a sus productos en un ambiente totalmente natural como el pequeño pedazo de tierra cultivada que hay en mi casa.

Al llegar ahí, use un pequeño tronco viejo de madera como soporte para los elementos y jugué un poco con la iluminación natural. No me quedaron como yo quería porque cerré mucho el diafragma y por ello en muchas no se define mucho uno de sus productos y esto quiero les sirva no solo a mí sino a ustedes también como ejemplo de algo que no se debe hacer. En este tipo de fotografía cada producto debe estar lo mas nítido posible. Pero buscaba separar los productos del ambiente y por ello me quedo así. Lo bueno es que fue práctica, sin mas espero que os gusten y me den su opinión.
