This is my entry for the #monomad challenge

Those who know me know that in a few months, I will be the father of a baby girl. Well, that is what has led me to make this search for quail eggs, my wife needs to maintain her hemoglobin so this type of food is required, among others. But the idea here is where this search took me and I was able to know this market, not very small, where many tourists come accompanied by their guide. I did not know this, but it is only possible to see something like this in the area of Old Havana for how touristy it is. And is that, how much can be interested in visiting a place like this or perhaps there is the need to acquire some fruits that do not exist in your country.

Maybe it is both, but I was left with the face of this lady of Asian origin. I liked her face because it had nothing to do with that of the other tourists and I even think that she lives in Cuba because of the way she was dressed. Even the looks she gave to the vendors caught my attention, to such an extent that I tried my best to take pictures without getting one of those looks at my expense.

Quien me conoce sabe que en unos meses voy a ser padre de una niña. Pues es eso lo que me ha llevado a realizar esta búsqueda de huevos de codorniz, mi esposa necesita mantener su hemoglobina así que se necesitan este tipo de alimentos, entre otros. Pero la idea aquí es a donde me llevo esta búsqueda y es que pude conocer este mercado, no muy pequeño, a donde muchos turistas llegan acompañados de su guía. Esto no lo sabía, pero solo es posible que ver algo así en la zona de la Habana Vieja por lo turístico que es. Y es que, cuanto puede interesar la visita a un lugar como este o quizás exista la necesidad de adquirir algunas frutas que no existen en su país.

Quizás sean ambas cosas, pero me quede con la cara de esta señora de origen asiático. Me gusto su cara pues nada tenía que ver con la de los demás turistas y es que incluso creo que vive en Cuba por como vestía. Hasta las miradas que les daba a los vendedores me llamaban mucho la atención, a tal punto que intente por todos los medios de hacer las fotos sin llevarme una de esas miradas a mi costa.

It was something so out of the ordinary that I bring it to you here. I would like to know if it is something familiar in your country or in case you are Cuban, what you think about this. It is not that there is much to think about, most likely it is me who lives far away from this area and I only go there for work mostly. But I am still curious to know what you think and not only about the situation, photographic criticisms are welcome, and I always like to discuss photography.

Se me hizo algo tan fuera de lo común que por ello se los traigo aquí. Me gustaría saber si es algo comun en vuestros países o en caso de que seas cubano, lo que piensas de esto. Tampoco es que haya mucho que pensar, lo más seguro es que sea yo que vivo alejando de esta zona y solo voy por trabajo mayormente. Igual me causa curiosidad sabes que piensan y no solo de la situación, se admiten las criticas fotográficas, es más los embullo que siempre gusta discutir de fotografía.
