Ivett at the Safari [EN-ES]

Let's welcome Ivett, another of the models I had the pleasure of collaborating with on the last safari. On many occasions she accompanied @janetedita and me, so we were both able to take pictures of her in the same places and always challenging us to look for different perspectives. Maybe some of them look like the ones I already took with Jen in previous posts and it usually happens when taking them in the same places, but the model makes a lot of difference, each one of them brings their magic to the image with their different gestures and ways of acting.

En muchas ocasiones nos acompañó a @janetedita y a mí, por lo que ambos pudimos hacerle fotos en los mismos lugares y siempre retándonos a buscar perspectivas distintas. Quizás alguna se les parezca a las que ya hice junto a Jen en anteriores publicaciones y suele pasar al hacerlas en los mismos lugares, pero hace mucha diferencia el modelo, cada uno de aporta su magia a la imagen con sus gestos y maneras de actuar diferentes.

If anything I think I missed is to achieve a greater mimicry with the environment, adding some object that would help. Among so many wooden trunks, an axe would have been nice. Imagine a photo where all that line of trunks that you see in the last photo is lengthened in a horizontal line and the model is on them with an axe on her shoulder or some similar pose, indicating the work that has been done. Yes, I know, I think of crazy things from time to time, the truth is that I didn't even mention it because for sure the model could fall, I didn't know how stable those logs would be and the most important thing, there was no axe hahaha. Even so, I like the result a lot, although that final photo would have been wonderful. What do you think?

Tanto así que hasta la ropa brinda diferencias con otras fotos aun siendo el mismo lugar. Vean como con este vestido, Ivett logra resaltar aun teniendo tonos muy parecidos a los del alrededor. Ese blanco predominante la hace notar entre un paisaje campestre, aunque estuviésemos en el centro de la Habana, pero ya esa es otra historia. Si algo creo que me falto es lograr un mayor mimetismo con el ambiente, agregando algún objeto que ayudara. Entre tantos troncos de madera no hubiese venido mal un hacha. Imaginen una foto donde toda esa línea de troncos que ven en la última foto se alargue en una línea horizontal y la modelo este sobre ellos con un hacha en el hombro o alguna pose parecida, que indique el trabajo vencido. Si ya se, se me ocurren locuras de vez en cuando, la verdad es que ni lo mencione porque de seguro la modelo podría caerse, no sabía que tan estables serian esos troncos y lo más importante, no había hacha jajaja. Aun así, el resultado me gusta mucho, aunque esa foto final hubiese sido una maravilla. ¿Qué piensan ustedes?
